I am an agency, can I use Inbox Pirates for Client Projects?

Yes, you can use Inbox Pirates - Email Previewer for client projects. However, it is recommended you go with at least our starter plan for better support, since the starter plan is aimed at individuals.

I do not see an integration with my email service provider, what are my options?

We try to add new email clients every month. Please chat with us or send us an email at support@inboxpirates.freshdesk.com. We would be more than happy to add your email tool as soon as possible. If not you can still use the tool without the chrome extension by manually entering your HTML, subject line and other information.

I do not see the preview button on my email service provider

Refresh your page twice using control + F5. This usually clears the cache. If that doesn't work try right clicking your browser and click on inspect element. If neither works, uninstall and reinstall the extension or feel free to reach out to us on support@inboxpirates.freshdesk.com

How do I cancel my inboxpirates subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, use the stripe billing portal available through https://inboxpirates.com/account and use the stripe billing portal to downgrade. However, if you want to delete your account with us, reach out to us on support@inboxpirates.freshdesk.com

How do I invite a new team member to inboxpirates?

Head over to https://inboxpirates.com/dashboard . Click on the the box that reads TEAM MEMBERS and enter the email of your colleague. Reach out to us on support@inboxpirates.freshdesk.com if you have any questions.

Will Inbox Pirates be constantly updated for UI changes on platforms like Gmail, or Yahoo?

Inbox Pirates regularly adds the latest UI of several recipient platforms. Hence, the subscription. However if you feel we've missed out on any platforms, you can request the platform.

Should I test emails with confidential information?

We highly recommend testing emails without confidential or personal information. You can replace names with templates like {{name}} and we will automatically replace it for you.

What is your refund policy?

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@inboxpirates.freshdesk.com within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Can I upgrade to a team plan later?

Yes, if you're a small agency or an indiehacker you can start off with the starter plan, and then upgrade to the team plan later if you grow (which is what we want for you!)

Is Inbox Pirates GDPR Compliant?
